It seems to be on full blast too. The jeep isn't running hot at all. The temp needle never gets past half or even up to half way. When I start the jeep the fan is not on.A couple of weeks ago the electric radiator fan came on during a 2 hour drive and was very loud. After that day, that fan now comes on at full speed whenever driving more than about 10 miles on the highway. At full speed, its loud! I took it into the dealer and they replaced the TIPM computer and said it was fixed.
